As well as the Landlord Law content of articles, guides and documents, we also have a number of training courses and kits.

The Renters Rights Act 2025 Masterclass

This will take place on 21 April 2026.  Three hours from 9.00 am.  Free to Landlord Law members, otherwise £40 pp.  Find out more.

The Landlord Law CPD Service

Note that we offer a monthly CPD by multiple-choice questionnaire.  If you get 6 or more of the 10 questions correct you will earn 1 hour / one point CPD and also 10 Landlord Law points.

Training courses available for purchase

None of these are available to members although members will normally get a discount when buying.

Note that most of our training courses have been withdrawn from sale as they will be made redundant by the Renters Rights Bill when it becomes law.

Landlord Law Kits

These are step-by-step guides.

  • The Audit, Property inspection and Dealing with Changing Tenants kits are available to all Landlord Law members
  • The Dealing with Damp and Waste Kits are available to Business Level members only and are not currently available to buy.
