Over the past few years, we have been developing a number of kits and guides.  These focus on a specific issue, such as property inspections, access, damp, etc and provide detailed guidance and information.

Most kits are now an integral part of the Landlord Law membership.  A few of these are also available for sale to non-members. 

So far as the kits currently available are concerned:

• The Audit, Inspection and Dealing with Changing Tenants kits are available to all Landlord Law members
• The Dealing with Damp and Dealing with Waste Kits are available to Business Level members only and are not currently available for purchase. 

A few kits have been withdrawn from sale as they will need to be updated to comply with the Renters Rights Act, but we give a link to the kits below for people who have purchased access in the past year.
