This is an online only event – It will be delivered via our webinar service. You will need a computer with decent internet access and you will need to log in to the webinar shortly before the start. Full instructions will be provided to you after you have signed up.
Topics covered will include
The workshop will start at 10.30 am and end at 4.30 pm. We break for lunch between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm. There will also be two ‘comfort breaks’ of up to 30 minutes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Barnham Broom Hotel and spa (pictured) is a delightful venue about 20 minutes drive from Norwich.
It has recently been upgraded and has several meeting and conference rooms which are regularly used for events. This workshop will be in the Kimberley Suite on the first floor – which has views over the surrounding countryside.
Facilities will include:
If you are travelling from a distance, you may want to consider staying at the hotel. Rates are available on their website.
Note that the in-person version of this event will not be suitable for wheelchair users as the Kimberly Suite is on the first floor with no lift. So if this is a problem, you will need to attend online.
However, for those able to cope with the stairs, the room has a lovely view over the countryside!
Tessa has been a solicitor since 1990 and has specialised in landlord and tenant law for most of that time.
She is the creator of the Landlord Law online service for landlords and is also a published author and speaker.
We are also giving away two recordings of Tessa’s workshop training webinars:
These are available on the delegates page and can be viewed any time after you have signed up for the Workshop.
If you wish to cancel – all you need to do is message us (using our Green Button messenger system), no later than 12 noon on the day of the event requesting a cancellation and refund. We will then cancel your purchase (and your access) and refund your money within 14 days.
If you are a Landlord Law member or if you have bought anything else from us in the past – e.g. one of our kits or training courses – you should log into the site first (the link will open in a new tab or window).
Use your email as your username and if you can’t remember your password, click the lost password link to get a new one.
Then come back to this page and proceed as follows:
If you have any problems – contact us via the green button messenger service (there is a green button bottom right on all Landlord Law pages – just click it to open it up).
Landlord Law members booking online:
Business Level members will get an automatic 30% discount and Basic Level Members will get an automatic 20% discount.

Note, however, that the automatic discounts may not work properly for ‘teams’ members – so if this is you, please get in touch.
NB All our training is sold subject to our standard terms and conditions (the page will open in a new tab or window).
If you want us to invoice you before payment click here (note that we reserve the right to charge a £15 admin fee and discounts will not apply).
